Binance BAB Token

Binance Users can now join the Veil Verified Pools

Introduction

Veil Cash now supports Binance Account Bound (BAB) tokens for access to Verified Pools. This lets Binance users who’ve completed KYC prove their identity onchain—without revealing any personal information.

BAB tokens are issued by Binance to wallets that have passed their identity verification checks. They are Soulbound Tokens (SBTs), meaning they are non-transferable, revocable, and unique per user. Veil uses these tokens to enable private access to Verified Pools while preserving the integrity of identity-based restrictions.

How to Get a BAB Token

To mint a BAB token:

  1. Complete Binance’s identity verification (KYC).

  2. Visit the BAB token minting page while logged into your Binance account.

  3. Connect a wallet (such as MetaMask or Trust Wallet) on BNB Smart Chain.

  4. Mint your BAB token to that wallet. You’ll need a small amount of BNB to cover gas.

How to Set It Up on Veil Cash

Verifying you own a BAB Token on Veil Cash

Once you’ve minted your BAB token to your wallet, follow these steps to verify on Veil:

  1. Connect your wallet to veil.cash.

  2. Click the “Unverified” button in the Verified Pools section.

  3. Select “Binance (BABT Token)” as your verification method.

  4. Click “Verify” to start the verification check.

  5. Veil will query the BNB Smart Chain to confirm your wallet holds a valid BAB token.

  6. If found, Veil will update the on-chain VeilVerifier contract, granting your wallet access to the Binance Verified Pool.

  7. Your access is valid for 7 days. After this, you’ll need to resync to maintain verified status and ensure you’re still approved by Binance.

No personal information is shared with Veil. Verification is purely based on the presence of your BAB token onchain.
